Most OKC and Tulsa metro listings are scheduled within 1–3 business days of booking.
Both — we now shoot the full OKC metro (including Edmond, Moore, and Yukon) as well as the Tulsa metro area (including Broken Arrow, Jenks, and Bixby). A small travel fee may apply outside of 25 miles.
We monitor forecasts closely and reschedule at no charge if weather conditions prohibit shooting.

Not necessarily — as long as we have access to the property (a lockbox code, key, or someone to let us in), we can handle the rest.
